Request Expert

Expert has analyzed many different types of woven fabrics, from silk to wool, many synthetic fabrics with very fine structures for the Dobby weaving machine. His results can be a graphic or a Staubli file. His procedure is as follows: 1) the client sends a very small quantity of fabric. 2) Expert, with his computer and a little device, sends back how the warp ends goes on or under weft ends on a little graphic or directly on a Staubli file. The woven fabric structure can be very fine. Clients can even send Dobby woven fabric with 500 ends par inch in warp and weft. Clients can send woven fabrics with double or triple structure. The more complex the ends crossing, the more he can be useful. Silk, polyester, and polyamide fiber are more adapted to his skills. But wool or cotton woven fabrics are welcome. He operates in upholstery, garments, (shirts for example) but also in technical woven fabric. Expert can also solve problems like weaving take-up without modifying the look.

Expert claims to be the only person in the world capable of weaving together on the same drawing-in one tabby and a granity of 120 ends and 120 picks. He claims to be the only person in the world who can simulate a little jacquard machine on 12 dobby loom repeat (120 ends). Expert is able to solve several take-up problems with only one technical warp.
