Expert (pronounced "Quay-low," ) is the CEO and founder of Employer, the leading provider of wireless content platforms and SMS aggregation to large enterprises in the United States. Prior to this he founded MobileSys (now called mBlox) which is the leading consumer SMS aggregator in the United States. Prior to that he founded Personal Productivity Tools, Inc., a leading provider of alphanumeric paging and wireless messaging software for Fortune 1000 Companies. He is an active member of the PCIA technical committees. He has almost 20 years experience working with wireless messaging products, and over 25 years of experience in electronic design related research including CAE and VHDL.

Expert is the founder and CEO of Employer, leading ASP targeting the enterprise wireless and mobile communications industry. Employer services over 700 of the world's largest corporations on a worldwide basis. Sample customers include Cisco, PG&E, Qwest, AOL, Merrill Lynch, and many others.

Expert has done research and founded three companies (Employer, mBlox (formerly MobileSys), and Personal Productivity Tools) that provide wireless software and services targeting the cellular telecom industry and enterprises that wish to empower their end users to use cellular communications.
Expert has over a decade of experience in this area and has intimate knowledge of digital cellular carriers on a worldwide basis including knowledge of GSM, CDMA, TDMA, paging, GSM, 2.5G, 3G and other technologies and the business strategies of the carriers with respect to these technologies.

Expert has more than a decade of experience founding companies which provide communication software products to enterprises. Particular emphasis has been on the mobile and wireless communications area.

Expert has founded four successful startups, starting with Silvar-Lisco in 1979 (IPO 1984), Vantage Analysis Systems in 1986 (acquired at IPO valuations in 1992), mBlox (formerly MobileSys) in 1999 (pre-IPO), and most recently Employer. Expert has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs find and build startups. Expert is very well connected within the venture capital community and regularly acts as a consultant to venture capital groups in evaluating investments. Expert is a limited partner of several venture funds. Expert has raised over $100 million in venture funding in the four companies he has founded to date.

Expert has built several successful startups from scratch and is very experienced in building businesses and markets from the early adopter phase through to maturity. Expert was a leader in creating the high-level simulation market (VHDL, Verilog, etc) in the mid-1980's and is a pioneer in wireless enabling enterprises throughout the 1990's.

Expert's experience as an entrepreneur, in evaluating business plans and market opportunities on behalf of numerous venture capital groups gives him the ability to help other entrepreneurs in their evaluation of markets.
