Expert has developed excellent work experiences in setting Vocational Education Policies and Classification of Occupational, capacity building and training, training needs assessment, production development in vocational schools, maximize the investment of resources of vocational schools, Trainer of Trainers, curriculum development, training units and text books writer, equipment specifications for industrial education, preparing general tests for secondary certificate and community colleges, research and survey studies.
He has developed experience in project management as a member of project team in Education Reform Project. In this capacity Expert has developed education policies towards the community school and strengthened capacities in the Ministry of Human Rights/Yemen. He has served as team leader in several projects concerning Modernization of Vocational Education Equipment, as well as production school projects during his service with the ministry of education in Jordan.
Expert has served as counterpart with the international consultancy of Vocational Education Directorate. He has taken responsibilities in preparing integrated plan of vocational education and production directorate. Coordinator of Vocational Education Reform/ Ministry of Education. He has conducted several studies on evaluation of TVET institutions in Jordan and was involved in vocational education reform in Jordan. He conducted survey studies about vocational education graduates and matching their skills to the labor market needs and define the appropriate range to labor market needs and the curriculum.
Expert has worked the full spectrum of key issues in Jordan’s education system from evaluating education resources, programs and trainings to implementing projects to support educational institutions and programs that match graduates with current labor market needs in Jordan.
As a consultant, Expert has contributed to the organizational structure for the Ministry of Human Rights / Yemen, as well as developed organizational structure for vocational Training corporation. He has conducted SWOT analyses for 30 institutions, including in Afghanistan.
