As a part of the safety assessment, his due diligence investigations place emphasis on the detection of hazardous materials and conditions to mitigate insurance exposure and life -threatening issues.

He counsels clients on ventilation operational vulnerabilities, and system configuration issues. Also, offers expert support in the design, implementation, and management of Tero- technology solutions at customer sites in the areas of equipment condition monitoring, indoor air quality and building pathology guidelines.

Forensic engineering assignments included, 1) viability assessment of proposed unconventional ventilation exhaust system designs for smoke dilution of tobacco smoke rooms for commercial and restaurant facilities,
2) on-site examination of the prevalence of latex glove allergy conditions in numerous health care facilities,
3) and conducted performance assessment of the ventilation systems for tobacco smoke rooms for an international airport.
His career experience has included positions from the Services Manager to Chief of Engineering Services that have involved national and international tasks. As a consulting engineer for Robert Turner & Company in the Fiji Islands, he was responsible for design, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting technical meetings with owners and clients on several prestigious projects. With Ian Macallan Consulting Engineers, he served as the air conditioning consultant for the Government of Fiji. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operation, maintenance and major replacement projects for over of 300 Government owned facilities around that country. The type of facilities included office buildings, telephone exchanges, three main large hospitals and a large printing press under the Authority of Public Works Department. He served as Chief Engineer for Fiji’s first automatic Abattoir and Rendering Plant, which was a several million dollar New Zealand Government Bilateral Aid program. During his term of office as Chief Engineer, he received special on-site training in safety and risk management control in Abattoir operation in three different world class meat processing plants in New Zealand.

Expert’s extensive industry experience is recognized by the status of his Fellowship of three internationally recognized professional institutions in the United Kingdom; the Royal Society for Public Health, the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.

Expert is serving as Chair of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology and he has been associated with the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology for over 10 years.
