Expert has more than 40 years of experience as a financial professional at leading firms. He has testified on more than 100 occasions in courts and arbitrations throughout the U.S. in connection with mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, bankruptcy and insolvency, financial fraud, forensic accounting, financial forecasting, investments, financial damages, and personal injury. He is currently the Managing Director and Founder of a leading financial advisory firm that serves clients nationwide and outside the United States. His clients consist of all sizes and inhabit a wide range of industries.

Expert has served more than 750 public and private clients of all sizes in a broad range of industries. He has performed more than 1,000 valuations of businesses, financial instruments, intangible assets, and other assets and liabilities. He has served boards of directors of public, private, and nonprofit organizations as member or advisor. He's also been appointed as bankruptcy examiner, bankruptcy trustee, or accountant, consultant, and/or financial advisor or as interim CEO or CFO in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, and he's been appointed as neutral in judicial matters and arbitrations.

Expert is an award-winning scholar, lecturer, and writer. He's been profiled in several “who’s who” publications during the past 25 years, as well as Marquis Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement inductee. He has been interviewed and profiled in several national publications, as well as network television.

He has delivered hundreds of lectures and seminars in more than 60 cities throughout the U.S., and in more than 20 countries located on five continents outside of the U.S., some of which have been made available for commercial sale in printed, audio, video, and online format. He is one of the most active trainers of CFA candidates in the world over the past 25 years. Expert is a prolific author of articles in national publications, chapters in leading professional books, professional manuals, and self-study texts.

Expert is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CFA Institute, CFA Society New York, Turnaround Management Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts. He has served as member or committee chairman of several committees of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association.
