Expert is a forensic accountant and valuation analyst experienced in assisting with matters involving divorce, bankruptcy, fraud, partnership disputes, and economic damages. He performs business valuations for litigation matters, transaction planning, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax purposes. Expert has a background in public accounting, having performed financial statement audits and prepared business and individual tax returns.

In his current role, he is a Senior Accountant for a business valuation and litigation support company. In this role, he is responsible for preparing business valuations, calculations of economic damages, and providing other consulting services in the areas of accounting and finance. Concurrently, he is an Accountant at his private practice, providing business valuation, litigation support, bookkeeping, and financial statement services. Prior to this, he was a Senior Consultant for KatzAbosch, a leading certified public accounting, tax and consulting firm headquartered in Maryland and serving the mid-Atlantic region. KatzAbosch is ranked among the top 3 locally-based regional accounting firms by the Baltimore Business Journal, as well as ranked among Nation’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today magazine. The firm provides tax and accounting services including cost segregation studies, business valuations, litigation support, forensic accounting, technology solutions, estate planning and administration, and personal financial planning.

Expert is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). He is also a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
