Responsibilities:Responsible for day-to-day project management and the achievement of the following specific project Activities:• Identify Skill shortage and Skill gap (Vertical mismatch & Horizontal mismatch)and Job Classification System; • Updating/developing new Short Term Courses based on the competencies and occupational requirements; piloting the updated/developed STCs in TVET institutions; measuring the impact of the newly updated/developed training packages on youth employability; • Design, developing, and implementation of workshops, round tables, and other events related to vocational skills and enhancement of key competences • Advise private and public stakeholders on identifying their training needs for TSS schools/TVET centers and private sector companies • Conceptualizing, planning, and organizing the training needs for job sackers and existing workforce in deferent economic sectors. • Elaborate Statistical approaches to the measurement of vocational skills. • Identification and Selection of the short and long term experts at the economic sectors (including preparation of job profiles and TORs) • Elaborate framework for partial qualification/short-term courses preparation. • Develop the capacity of TVET trainers and trainees and in-company instructors through tailor-made training programs. • Design/Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect data • Supporting the operation of Transition to Employment Units at the MoET, MoMP, MoY, and MoTI. • Development of different technical reports • Moderation and facilitation of different technical workshops.
