He has written hundreds of motor carrier safety and regulatory compliance procedures manuals. Expert performed and managed on-site safety compliance reviews.He consulted with a major investment firm on the economic impact to the transportation industry with the changes in the hours of service regulations implemented by the U.S. Department of Transportation.He has consulted with numerous manufacturing and distribution companies on transportability engineering, claims control/reduction, and transportation security.
