He is very knowledgeable of manufacturing and refining processes for crystalline aspirin and acetaminophen as well as granulation processes and the formulating and tableting of aspirin, acetaminophen, and ibuprofen. He has worked with both salicylic acid and methylaslicylate.

Expert has developed several formulations for today's major and generic brand tablet and caplet products and is referred to as the "father of the DC-APAP" having pioneered the development and commercialization of patented acetaminophen DC-90. He also developed and commercialized APAP-145, APAP-145M, APAP-180, APAP-82 and several acetaminophen cogranulations with antihistamines including colored granulations.

Expert has extensive knowledge of fluid-bed granulation processes and aspirin/starch roll compaction granulating processes.
