Design of a large diameter water storage reservoir in seismic zone.
*******************************************************************************
During the design of the tank, investigation of various types of forces,
inertial and convection forces due to acceleration and sloshing effect
had to be done. Code provisions had to be investigated.
Project completed on time & under budget.
Design of several structures, conveyor trusses, transfer towers,
equipment foundation, silo-foundation and supports required
close coordination and attention to constraints.
Project completed on time and under budget.Design of ready-mix plant equipment foundation, enclosure buildings, conveyors
and transfer-towers in Rochester Minnesota required review of vendor drawings,
client-requirements, physical constraints, deadlines and frequent changes in the
design requirements. The work was delivered on time and under budget. There
were no post-design issues in construction.
Design of 30,000 sq tilt-up wall construction building in Willis Texas.
The design process required coordination of information between
various consultants (HVAC, Mechanical, Architectural, Elevator, etc).
Project completed on time and under budget.
Design of emergency generator structure for a large Medical Center in Houston.
Coordination between owner, architect, HVAC, Mechanical consultant, equipment
vendors vendor was required. Project completed on time and within budget.
