In 1984, Expert did a Master Degree program at UCLA (Los Angeles) and took highly advanced structural courses such as Advanced concrete design, advanced steel design and theory of plates and shells.
Over 30 years of experience in structural engineering design and construction management of building and non-building structures utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, pre-tensioned concrete, pre-cast pre-stressed concrete, masonry and wood.
Supervised and managed teams of architects engineers on Multi-million dollar projects.
Familiar with : International Building Code (IBC); American Institute of Steel Constructors (AISC); American Concrete Institute (ACI); Earthquake/Seismic inspections and designs.
Fluent in computer applications : AutoCAD, Risa, Enercalc, Ram, Etabs, Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel)
during the 30 years of experience, Expert served numerous times as an Expert Witness in construction defects cases.
