In her capacity as SAP Project & Integration Manager she was responsible for SAP enhancements & development, the SAP system upgrade, integration of SAP and GCOS (an in-house operational system) and integration of SAP and NAVIS by working and leading IT programmers & developers.
She has recently developed a comprehensive strategic model for Employer Pipelines and currently drives the tariff restructuring process for the division as well as the implementation of a regulatory reporting system on SAP. Employer pipelines is a state-owned petroleum transporting organization. She has very strong excel modelling skills, and has built a range of costing models, predictive models as well as models geared toward assessing current and future profitability, revenue and pricing at a product / process level.
Project Lead on the implementation of a regulatory reporting system on SAP to accommodate the regulatory requirements of the national regulator of South Africa (NERSA).Development of a tariff pricing model for Employer Pipelines that assesses current and future revenue streams under various business scenarios.Project Lead in Implementation of NAVIS and GCOS port operating systems with SAP ECC6 financial system.Full performance model developed for port operational services to identify problem areas that require process enhancements.Full life-cycle implementation geared toward transforming revenue coding structure on SAP SD. The objective was to was to improve revenue collection, provide for profit assessment at a service process level and insure valid, timely and accurate delivery of management information. This was a forerunner to addressing performance enhancement issues identified in example 4 above.
