• Program Manager and primary person responsible for companywide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation of Industrial & Financial Systems (IFS) a mid-market leader in module based business software; ERP functionality included modules for total business execution.

o Implemented integrated IFS ERP for US, Korea, Taiwan and China subsidiaries.

o Implementation fully operational on go-live date and project was within budget.
