He has close to 30 years working in Research & Development Dept. and has expertise in implementing products into production, trouble shooting production problems and has trained production and pilot plant personnel. He also has expertise in doing surface coatings such as weather resistance coatings, multi layer coatings using sodium silicate, iron and titanium oxide coatings. He also has expertise in grinding and classifing mica, glass flakes, and silicon flakes and worked with production to adjust particle size distributions. He has also been a contributor to patents and has expertise in QC pigment analysis testing for TiO2 and Fe2O3 content, color evaluation and color blending.

He also has expertise in Magnesium Floride and Silicon Monoxide testing and trouble shooting.
