Expert helped the Care Council for Wales review the learning needs of the residential child care workforce in Wales. Expert has been involved in helping a private agency that specilises in supporting traumatised children to develop publishable training materials based on their innovative work. Expert coordinated a team of investigators involved in helping a London borough respond to a crisis brought about by an unprecedented level of complaints of racial discrimination. Expert helped several private companies develop equality and diversity policies as part of a Welsh Development Agency project. Expert coordinated a project involving four universities in order to develop teaching resources relating to postqualifying work in child welfare.
