His initial construction experience was obtained in construction of roads, streets and highways, other infrastructure, public works projects, and extensive site preparation for commercial and subdivision projects. He has held positions as senior estimator and senior superintendent of construction projects. He was recruited by a large building contractor to estimate and coordinate all site work, and to manage special building projects. He was later promoted to senior level estimating and project management of complete building projects including all-interior work. Building expertise includes industrial, commercial, retail, municipal, high tech buildings, and hospital building constrruction and improvements. He has been responsible for estimating, negoting, and operating the daily details for several large and small concurrent projects. He has functioned as the chief project manager for the design and constructionof many commercial and residential projects.

Expert has extensive experience in pre-construction estimating and management of construction for development projects. He is accomplished in representing developer-owners as manager of design and construction from concept to completion on turnkey projects. He is responsible for hiring all design consultants and contracting with general and subcontractors required for completed buildings, and development projects. He is extensively practiced in estimating, contract writing, trade specifications, and negotiating change orders. He is also seasoned in governmental relations, entitlements, permits, approvals, and public relitions, as well as working with environmental groups and public agencies. He has had liaison experience working with departments of State, Commerce and Transportation. Consulting assignments have included feasibility studies, conceptual estimates, detailed take-off and pricing of comercial site and building construction. He had an extensive 3 year assignment working as a senior overseeing surety engineer for Mountbatter Surety . He has been a consultant with attorneys and insurance companies on numerous cases investigating construction defects and construction accidents.and providing expert witness testimony.

Expert formed this organization as a construction and consulting company to contract for building projects and provide estimating and management services to contractors and developers. Employer has since evolved into a consulting company and has provided full scope services for a variety of clients and projects. Expert is the primary consultant, he does call in associates as required. He assists clients engaged in a full range of general construction or land development issues by performing feasibility studies and evaluations, constructability reviews, developing pro-forma reports, and pre-construction services including detailed estimates. Expert had a three year assignment working for Mountbatten Surety. His assignment was to review contractors in all states west of Mississippi River requesting bonding . Bonding limit was fifteen million each project .He reviewed allicant's company management, safety program, individual project for which bonding had been request, final bid if contractor wa successful low bidder finances of company and management qualification. He submitted recommendations to bonding committee . After bonding, he reviewed monthly request for payments, and had responsibility of prevention of default.
