In 2014, Expert's contract was sold to the Hanwha Eagles of the Korean Baseball Organization where he finished his career. Expert wrote a weekly feature for a Texas Rangers writer, where he was featured in publications such as The Dallas Morning News and Newsweek. The weekly feature was sent via email blast to thousands of people, the blog chronicled true life in minor league baseball.
