Rolling Element Bearings, Flying Toys

ID: 711476
Michigan, USA
Expert has 28 years of experience in the design, research, and development of technologically advanced boomerangs. He has used his engineering skills to significantly improve the sport's technology, especially in the area of sustained (maximum time aloft or MTA) flight. Expert is the principal architect of the current U.S. Boomerang Association and has been the editor and principal author of the USBA newsletter for 15 years. He pioneered the transition from large boomerangs towards more efficient and safer small boomerang products as well as the development of maximum time aloft boomerangs recognized by NASA as an outstanding technology. Expert maintains one of the most complete libraries of boomerang literature and video, as well as one of the largest collections of boomerang technologies ranging from old Aboriginal boomerangs to modern high technology boomerang products.
Similar to the two-bladed boomerang, the cross stick has four blades and the pinwheel has six blades. Expert's experiences with these are similar to that of the boomerangs described above.
