Experience with intubations both in-hospital and pre hospital (EMS). He implemented an intubation program when he was the Director of Respiratory at a previous hospital in RI. He developed the program which included, proving lecture/inservices to his staff, one on one manikin training, yearly competencies for intubation demonstration, yearly written test, along with OR time. Expert teachs ACLS both in hospital and in the EMS community, and he is a member of the Education Committee for the 911 ambulance which he is affiliated with. Expert teachs airway/intubation for the EMT-Cardiac classes, and refresher classes.
Expert has been performing PFT's for over 12 years. He currently teaches PFT's at a local college and is the Director of the PFT lab at St. Vincent Hospital. Expert holds the highest PFT credential (RPFT) issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
