Expert is a NYS Licensed Certified General Appraiser with 20+ years of appraisal experience and has been involved in the real estate business. Expert also is a NYS approved Department of Transportation Appraiser, a NYS approved Real Estate Instructor and Appraisal Instructor and has been appointed as a Small Claims Assessment Review Hearing Officer. In addition he is a AQB certified instructor in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. He has been an adjunct professor at the NYU University Real Estate Institute and the City University Baruch College-Zicklin School of Business. Expert has over 2,500 hours of teaching experiences both on the pre-licensing, continuing education and the college level. In addition he as authored both in-class and online courses.
