Expert has been recognized by in various states, Federal courts, and Federal regulatory agencies as an Expert in matters relating to broadcast radio and television stations. His areas of concentration are station valuation and appraisals, business interruption (damage) claims, and lender/ investor due diligence. He has also been involved in major cases involving carriage of broadcast television stations by cable television systems. He is also recognized as an Expert in matters relating to signal transmission by radio and television broadcast stations.

He has served as an expert in matters relating to radio and television broadcast towers, including cases of catastrophic loss and business interruption.

In his 40 year career as a station appraiser and economic analyst, he has conducted field inspections and appraisals of over 3,000 stations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to becoming a station appraiser in 1973, he worked at various radio and TV stations, and also operated a successful consulting engineering company.

He is currently the President of a media company, which was formed in 1989.

Expert has served and appraised numerous radio and TV towers. He has also been recognized as an expert in matters relating to catastrophic failure of towers and matters relating to business interruption damages for businesses that were dependent upon the use of such towers.

Expert on "fairness" of television business projections of a multi-billion dollar company, which sought bankruptcy protection after a failed LBO; Expert on business interruption claim of a very successful broadcast TV station that sustained the loss of its 2,000-foot transmission tower, and was unable to broadcast its regular over-the-air signal for an extended period. Lead Expert in TV Economics, representing the TV broadcast industry, and US Department of Justice, in a special proceeding ordered by the US Supreme Court in their review of the "Must Carry Obligations" of cable systems to local TV broadcasters.
Expert on radio station valuation during debtor-in-possession financing dispute. Case was unusual in that it involved radio stations operating in a major market utilizing a novel form of "booster" transmission.
Expert on station valuation, damages, and availability of capital for construction and operation of a major new station. The case also involved issues of "attorney ethics", and extended over 12 years. Expert's testimony was twice favorably commented upon by the state's Supreme Court, when it upheld his client's judgment during two different appeals.
