Expert, an Associate and a Chartered Construction Surveyor, has a vast amount of experience within the UK construction industry.

Expert has worked within the contracting proportion of the industry as well as the Client's "professional" side on developments worth £50,000 to £24,000,000.

In particular, Expert has a large amount of experience working for Banks and lending institutions funding UK property development. Our instructions tend to include the provision of a Development Apparaisal/Feasibility Report covering all aspects of the development process including planning consents, building control matters, adequacy of construction costs, procurement and contract matters. The primary focus is achieving perfection of the Client's security position. We also control cash flow into the development as work progresses on site and we provide the Client with a detailed work in progress cost report on a monthly basis.

We also have a number of property development clients where we work directly on their behalf. We are able to offer the full range of pre and post contract services and we have a large amount of experience in taking projects from inception to practical completion.
