Expert has been trained in all of the ISO 9000 standards starting with the 1994 series. He has participated as an internal auditor since 1990. He has developed and presented internal auditing course many times. All of the trainees became successful auditors. He has an extensive knowledge of the ISO 9000 quality management systems.
Expert has an MS in Ceramic Engineering and has worked in the ceramic industry for all of his career except for his last position. He worked as a development and process engineer for the following ceramic fields: high alumina ceramic substrates, whitewares (porcelain insulators, vitreous and non-vitreous porcelain), cerdip and multilayer ceramics, ferrites, and vacuum hot pressed products for semiconductor and armor industries. He has been responsible for the improvement of process resulting in improved yields and efficiencies. He has expertise in process controls and has implemented computerized statistical process control and data analysis.
He is consulting for Aztec International, Inc., on the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems.He has assisted in the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 at Quest Technology, LP in San Diego, California. Expert has assisted in the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 at Surment Corporation, Burlington, Massachusetts to meet the requirements of Applied Materials Quality System.
