Showed that agent acted wrongly by advising on value.Insured injured by another. Insured had inadequate uninsured motorist protection. Advised attorney that insured should have had higher limits.Firm had no workers compensation insurance. Employee injured. Succcessfully demonstrated that agent at fault and funds were provided for injury.
