He has led program and product development as well as project management within capital-intensive environments in all disciplines of engineering.

He is highly skilled in using a proactive team approach with all levels of management. He has bridged the gap and garnered buy-in from all stakeholders, seized control of critical problem areas and delivered on customer commitments.

Since 2009, Expert has served as President and Consultant at his eponymous state-of-the-art consulting business focused on the simplest solutions to complex energy, engineering, maintenance, operational, technical business, and equipment challenges. There, his most recent focus has been in the White, Black, and plastic Pellet commercial facility EPC business. He is responsible for all aspects of concept, design, budget, sales, EPC proposals, procurement, construction, startup, training, commissioning, and proven performance of small and the world’s largest White and Black Pellet facilities. In this role he is also responsible for staffing, safety, environmental, compliance, quality, estimating, purchasing, schedule, contractors, and negotiations of vendor and client contracts.From 1995 to 1997 he was employed at a management / environmental, remediation and waste / architecture, engineering, construction, and transportation services company. There he managed engineering consulting and increased profit by more than 300% in three years. He also designed, had fabricated, and installed the most innovative emission control devices on the market all of which were praised by the EPA and MDEQ and became the standards for both.
