Have eight years of experience in product compliance testing and certification—hands-on experience on Product Safety, EMI EMC & Environmental standards.

• Good Knowledge of various national & International standards.
• Experience in dealing with the CE, TEC, BIS, UL, CSA, NRTL marks.
• Able to review the Quality documents, i.e., Quality Manual & Procedures.
• Adequate knowledge of operating the equipment related to safety testing, EMI EMC & ENV testing.
• Knowledge of developing the new facility as per national and international standard requirements.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Trained in Electric AUTOCAD tool.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:

1. Project management and co-ordination:
• Evaluate customer requirements and check the feasibility for testing and certification needs.
• Evaluating products as per applicable national and international standards.
• Responsible for timely completion of project and customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate with various departments involved in a project to aid in project movement and completion.
• Interacting with clients for required information about the product.


2. Project execution:
• Create product & standard specific test plans/test data sheets and test the product as per requirements.
• Handle global projects, including all aspects for certification from project planning until final certificate issuance.
• Review engineering drawings, product samples, and other technical documents from clients to determine compliance as per standards to assess product design compliance.
• Prepare and review final test reports.

3. Quality Maintenance:
• Read the quality-related documents of the laboratory.
• Preparation of quality documents like datasheets, SOP’s, EOI’s, etc.
• Facing client, internal and external audits.
• Validation and MU calculation for various test equipment.
• Handling calibration of equipment.
• Know ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Laboratory Management System and Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certificate holder.
