Expert has devoted his career, respectively, to two of the industry's leading manufacturers. He has assumed responsibility for production, quality assurance, distribution, regulatory compliance, materials purchasing, scheduling, and engineering.
Expert has both domestic and international manufacturing experience. He has also held responsibilities in new product development and commercialization. He is highly knowledgeable in an array of adhesives, products, processes, backings and equipment. These materials are used to manufacture masking, film packaging, cloth, pipeline protection, and other types of tapes.
Expert has served on the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council's Board of Directors for over 15 years. He is familiar with leading companies, as well as top management, in the industry.

Expert has significant experience in large and complex capital project management, including brownfield and greenfield plant startups. As a consultant, Expert can conduct assessments into organizational roles and interfaces; optimized quality systems; continuous improvement systems and their results; operator information flow vs. requirements; and the Responsible Tape Manufacturer process determined by PTSC. As a consultant, Expert is also capable of conducting System Design Enhancements. These can include quality assurance; quality measurement; production process control; applications of continuous improvement; organizational roles, definitions and key functions; information dissemination to production operators; production operator training and training priorities; and operator-driven problem identification and solutions implementation.
