Request Expert

Expert is board certified in Family Medicine. He recieved his MD in 1975 from the University of Alabama in Birmingham Medical School and completed his family practice residency at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, finishing as Chief Resident in 1978. He practiced family medicine in Florida until April 2001 before starting his own firm.

He has served as Chief Medical executive for MED3OOO Inc. for the past 9 years and has developed the company's strategy for improving physician performance and solution based technology offerings. He was essential in design of population management infastructure and reporting design. He works with the chief information officer to create technology solutions to improve quality and effiicency of care for physician groups, including EHR and reporting to support disease management and preventive care. His most recent focus has been on health and wellness initiatives for self funded employers.
