Expert has years of hands-on experience in injection molding and is skilled in selecting correct material-mold-machine relationships. He is very familiar with both filled (especially glass or mica) and unfilled plastics molding, thermoset and thermoplastic molding, and machinery and auxiliary equipment specifications. He has extensive experience in mold and tooling design. Expert is also skilled at achieving the desired product appearance such as finish, texture, and color(s) (marbling).

Expert owns a company that builds only class 1 SPE/SPI injection molds. All of his designs are made to ensure consistent product size and optimum machine cycle. He works directly with clients to assist in product development, mold design, building of new molds, machinery selection, in-plant training sessions, and evaluating existing operations so that improvements can be made utilizing the technology that would best suit customers’ needs.
