He has developed several insulation systems that incorporate both foam and fibrous insulation with a jacketing system for weather protection. The jacketing has a unique locking track to facilitate installation and removal.

Expert has designed high temperature insulation pads for 1400 degree turbines and exhaust piping.

Expert developed a unique foam insulation for pipes and vessels using a melamine foam. Melamine is normally a hard dense material, yet this is a .6 pound per cubic foot foam that is highly flame retardant and produces very low amounts of toxic gasses when burned.
