Expert has thirty years of experience as founder of a commercial software provider for asset tracking with handheld mobile devices and barcode technology. In addition he has diversified software and technical experience including two years of as an industrial engineering consultant, and six years in a planning and layout consultancy firm.

Expert's company developed a scanning product which has been installed in over two hundred and fifty major government, educational and private institutions worldwide and supported by a network of five dealerships. Capital Group, Inc. - implemented worldwide license inclusive of servers in United States, Switzerland and Singapore utilizing 100 handheld computers synchronized with a master database of IT assets. Trained overseas office. International Relief & Development – implemented multiple Bar Scan systems in Afghanistan and Iraq in support of relief efforts McDonnell Douglas Helicopters, Inc. (formerly Hughes Helicopter) – One year project to develop Space Requirements Program for new head quarters in Mesa, Arizona resulting in construction of five new facilities. Follow-on project involved the consolidation of their Culver City location. American Honda Motors, Inc.– Two year project involving Industrial Engineering, Space Programming and Space Planning for Technical Center, Office Services Facility, and Computer Center.
