Expert is a Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and has worked for almost 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He recieved his training at Stanford University School of Medicine. His expertise include managed care and managed care liability as well as medical professional liability. He holds a Masters Degree in Medical Management from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

He has worked in child psychiatry and primary care medicine providing child and adolescent services as a psychiatrist and medical director in a number of different clinical settings. He has over 10 year of clinical experience including founding a large multidisciplinary mental health clinc in Austin, TX decicated to practicing child, adolescent and adult psychiatry, forensic psychiatry and providing behavioral healthcare systems consultation. He worked as a medical director for almost 4 years at two HMOs in Texas.

His most recent and current duties as Senior Medical Director and Officer at two different well-known pharmaceutical industries include providing worldwide medical support for the Lyrica (pregabalin) clinical program and life cycle management for generalized anxiety disorder and fibromyalgia indications. Other duties include providing medical solutions to deliver regional business impact through clinical research and scientific communications with national thought leaders and key academic institutions and business accounts. He has collaborated with executive team members to assist in reviewing and executing business strategies to support entire CNS portfolio through product life cycles. He has also developed, lead and facilitated the execution of medical strategies across the General Therapeutics and Specialty Therapeutics business unit product portfolios, and worked to align regional medical strategies with national medical strategies. He is currently assisting his pharmaceutical industry to provide health care solutions to deliver regional business impact with key customers.
