Expert has 45 years experience in all phases of oil and gas operations including drilling, completion, and workover design and supervision. Experienced Oil and Gas well operator in several states of the US and areas of South America. He has performed over 250 Royalty Fair Market Value Appraisals, deal checking and appraisal.

In his current role, Expert is active in all phases of company operations including drilling, workover, and completion engineering projects as well as drilling and completion field supervision operations. Some of his responsibilities include:
- Prepare and supervise preparation of all procedures.
- Monitor field jobs and coordinate communication between field personnel and operators.
- Manage all administrative activities.
- Responsible for maintenance of all office systems, personnel placement and scheduling, maintaining client relations, monitoring engineering and field supervision projects.
- Develop company reporting formats and implement online reporting techniques.
- Contract operator in 17,000 acre Federal Production Unit located in Southern Utah involving fee, state, and federal minerals operating wells in environmentally sensitive federal forest at elevations above 10,000’.

He was also the Former Partner and President of MLC Operating, LP. In this role, his responsibilities included:
- Performing all day to day engineering design for multi well drilling operations in West Texas and South Texas.
- Performing as supervisor for gaugers and engineer all workovers.
- Selecting and setting up Wolfpac accounting system and supervise all duties in starting up a new operating company and staffing it to effective levels.
- Work experience in South Texas and Gulf Coast Texas Frio, Wilcox, and Vicksburg, West Texas Ellenburger, Clear Fork, and Wolfcamp, East Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota and Montana. Internationally in Bolivia, Venezuela, and Argentina.
