In that capacity he assisted his partners with risk management activities as well as shepherding physicians through the process of dealing with possible litigation over alleged errors of commission or omission. He also worked with attorneys from two medical malpractice defense firms on multiple occasions where expert chart review and opinion was necessary in defense of physicians being sued. |
