Efficiently, and effectively, provided the project management and design of an internal Engineering department. He has developed innovative line layout designs with unique control applications resulting in higher productivity and lower capital investment. His experience includes the design and installation of high speed container sorting systems for returnable containers. Expert has extensive experience in the design of line layouts for food, distilling, wine, and non-proprietary pharmaceutical industries including automatic warehousing and order picking systems.

He has extensive experience in packaging machinery design and operation including case and bulk Depalletizer, Uncaser, bottle washers/rinsers, bottle/can fillers and closing machines, aseptic filling, pasteurizers/warmers, electronic inspectors, packing equipment, case sealing, and palletizers.

Created and installed innovative line designs for returnable beverage containers and high speed beer and beverage can lines.
6. Production Line Preventative Maintenance Control Systems
Designed and installed unique Preventative Maintenance control systems in Production line Industries including introduction, Preventative Maintenance Routines (Inspection, Lubrication, and frequencies), Work Orders (Customer Requests), Work Order Backlog Control System, Emergency Downtime analysis, Planning, Action, Measurements, Spare Parts Inventories, Auditing Services, and Automation (Software Application). Instituted planning documents (time sheets, weekly and daily work sheets) Developed Opportunity Log Summary to combat persistent problems. Weekly Maintenance Report showing key measurements, trends, and relation of measurements to pre-determined targets. Demonstrated Prototype time limited efficient communication tradesmen meetings.
 7. Consumer Packaging Design and Modifications
