Expert has over 30 years in the textile industry. He works for many of the largest yarn manufacturing companies in the world on the Schlafhorst open-end spinning machine. He worked for 10 years as an instructor, erector and electrician for Schlafhorst America from 1987 to 1997. He was assistant plant manager in a denim plant in Mexico for 2 years where he learned the other processes for denim. To this day he still teaches technicians to work on the machines and he is also called upon for quality and efficiency issues for different companies. Expert has also moved open end machines for different companies to include: disassembling, skidding, erecting and starting each machine. He also has a rebuilding shop for piecers, doffers, shuttles and winding heads.
