Expert is the CFO at Employer, one of the largest shipbuilding companies of the North-Western Region of Russia. Expert is in charge of contracts negotiations, accounting, internal/external reporting, budgeting, tax, treasury, investor/lender relations. As the CFO he has a solid knowledge of the shipyard's main activities: construction of small and medium tonnage vessels, construction of deep sea semi-submersible floating drilling and production platforms for exploration of oil and gas offshore fields, construction of stationary production platforms, construction of deep sea jack-ups of a new generation.

Expert possesses multi-project experience with a strong capital raising track record (project finance, bank debt). He has demonstrated ability to successfully lead and control financial management issues in various start-up, turnaround, stable and high-growth situations.

One of clients, an analyst at an investment management firm, wanted to discuss the major cost buckets (and their approximate portion of the total cost) when building a container ship. He was trying to figure out the percentage cost associated with various areas (e.g. labor, overhead, engine, etc, etc.) when building a container ship.A client was specifically interested in jack-up supply, demand, and pricing trends for the off-shore piece. One of clients, an analyst at an investment management firm, wanted to speak about offshore oil and gas rigs. Specifically, he needed to better understand the marketing, sales, and liquidation of offshore oil and gas rigs.
