Expert has been a practicing clinician in a busy Workers' Compensation clinic for twenty years. In addition, for the past ten years he has been a Associate Medicine director two several large Worker's Compensation insurance companies, and written a great deal of policy and procedure relating to Utilization Review, Peer Review and Industrial Causation for these insurance companies.
Expert has published several peer review clinical studies in the field of Occupational Medicine. In addition, his textbook, "How to Write a Winning Worker's Compensation Report" was very popular for a dozen years, until the new ACOEM and ODG Guidelines took effect.
Expert has been a medicolegal expert on issues such as Causation, Apportionment, Impairment Rating and Appropriateness of Care in several jury trials, and numerous Worker''s Compensation Administrative proceedings over the years.
Expert founded Employer, LLC to provide quick, internet access for medical file reviews and Worker's Compensation issues.
Expert provides consultative advice both verbally and in formal written reports, daily to Workers' Compensation insurance adjusters and attorneys. He is asked to discuss issues such as Industrial Causation, Permanent Impairment (AMA and others,) Appropriateness of Care, Ability to Return to Work, Apportionment, and compliance with Treatment Guidelines (ACOEM and ODG.)Expert has been a medical expert on several occasions for Workers' Compensation Administrative Hearings and for Civil Hearings on many medicolegal issues.

Since then has has been appointed as an Agreed Medical Examiner by two California Workers' Compensation Review Boards, and a Desginated Doctor by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners. He was the sole provider of Causation opinions for Workers' Compensation cases to Las Vegas, Nevada Administrative Hearing Officers for several years.
