Drug-drug, drug-disease, and drug-food interactions are common consultations, and an understanding of idiosyncratic adverse drug effects is a special focus, particularly in the medical and psychiatric populations. IME consultations as related to therapeutic or adverse drug effects either of premorbid or post-injury treatment are provided to assist neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists. Adverse Drug Effect reviews of pre-marketing or post-marketing surveillance may be undertaken for certain drugs of interest.
