Worked on deal valuation and then managing the client during acquisition. Post merger integration strategy for a steel major on acquisition of an European steel company. He was responsible for skill competency mapping and setting up Learning and Development academy for Europe employeesOrganization Effectiveness project for steel major – engagement involved managing change for the client at three locations: India, UK and Ireland. After a successful acquisition the client wanted to merge workforces from day one and implement extensive change management program. We focused on organization development through a number of channels; developing a competency model for the organization, reviewing the talent pool, and identifying, developing and retaining high performers.Change Management project for global services company – in this project he developed capability development strategy for the organization and also undertook competency mapping for services workforce. This project also involved leadership effectiveness and journey management program.
