His experience includes working on Merger and Acquisition, post merger integration (PMI), organization effectiveness and change management projects. He has extensive experience in doing business valuation, analysis, investment management and deal structuring. On several engagements he has helped clients across the world to design and implement Change
Management programs and organization development practices.

He is a certified Project Manager (PMP) from PMI, USA®. He has traveled to 15 countries to deliver on-site client engagements. Expert has received his undergraduate degree in Business Management University of Delhi and MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB).

Leveraged Buyout (LBO) deal with a spirits company to acquire another spirits company. Done equity analysis & company valuation for the LBO. Helped the company to successfully raise the funds to acquire the companyManaged buy side acquisition for a confectionery major to acquire small FMCG supply chain company in Europe. Worked on deal valuation and then managing the client during acquisition. Post merger integration strategy for a steel major on acquisition of an European steel company. He was responsible for skill competency mapping and setting up Learning and Development academy for Europe employeesOrganization Effectiveness project for steel major – engagement involved managing change for the client at three locations: India, UK and Ireland. After a successful acquisition the client wanted to merge workforces from day one and implement extensive change management program. We focused on organization development through a number of channels; developing a competency model for the organization, reviewing the talent pool, and identifying, developing and retaining high performers.Change Management project for global services company – in this project he developed capability development strategy for the organization and also undertook competency mapping for services workforce. This project also involved leadership effectiveness and journey management program.
