Isoflux, from R&D to on the floor operations of Hollow Cathode Sputtering Systems. Directly responsible for the sale of three turn key systems including cleaning equipment within ten months. Sales to exceed two million dollars. Rotary Power Couple, Ceramic Engine From R&D to testing and application of the actual Ceramic Engine using Alternative Fuel Systems including Hydrogen, Lithium Ion and RF. Engine ran at 50k rpm
