Responsibilities:• Led capture effort for CH-47 Troop Seat Program (approximate 40 MM Value) with Boeing. After contract award, was Program Manager during the development phase. The success of this program despite multiple external challenges was recognized by Boeing with the Supplier of the Year Award (2017, awarded to only 13 of 13,000 suppliers worldwide). This success has continued with 5 consecutive Boeing Performance Excellence Award-Gold awards.• Led program to concurrently develop 2 FAA certified helicopter seats while under a compressed schedule to meet aircraft first flight timeline. Simultaneously assisted efforts to recertify facility as an FAA approved manufacturing facility and stand up a FAA Part 145 Repair Center. This win introduced East/West to the commercial market, and will be the highest volume program in our history. • Introduced and oversaw implementation of an Enterprise-Wide Product Data Management Suite. This implementation allowed the configuration control of both drawings and models as well as the rapid communication of more accurate engineering data throughout and outside the business. • Cooperatively developed crashworthy seats for various aircraft platforms. Worked on designs across product maturity spectrum, from customer requirements proposal to in-fleet product support and modification. • Advocated for, selected, and implemented an Additive Manufacturing capability for rapid prototyping.
