As a former Senior Lubrication Engineer with various Lube Oil companies he has been acknowledged as the company expert and technical troubleshooter and cost trimmer in all aspects of the formulation and processing of various types of lube oils and greases.
Expert is thoroughly knowledgeable of the selection, qualification, and processing of different base oils and chemical additives raw materials as well as the production of the lubes itself. He has established various standards operating procedures, quality control procedures, and contributed to setting Kuwait government quality control standards and procedures.
He has worldwide experience with the production of re-refined base oils (spent lubricants) by utilizing various spent lube oil re-refining technologies. He has worked on the evaluation and start-up of various sized plants in many countries.
He is very experienced with the production of various types of aerosol lubes (rust removing compounds), engine aerosol cleaners and de-greasers, carburetor and fuel injector's aerosol cleaners, as well as fully approved brake fluids (DOT 3 and DOT 4).
Through his career, he has designed and produced lube oil chemical additives packages for gasoline and diesel engines, transmission oils, two cycle engines, marine engines, gear oils and cutting water based oils. These chemical additives were produced from various additives components, all economically blended in full homogeneity, and thus used in the lube oil final formulations. Has created various special car care products and services which me with customer satisfaction (ie: all in one lube for use while travelling across the hot desert).
Expert has become fully experienced with the selection, qualification, and processing of many different types of base oils (mineral and synthetic types, Gp I, II, III, IV and V), lubricant chemical additive components, fats and perfumes for various lubes and greases.
He has been a leader in establishing proper quality control procedures used in manufacturing process. He has also prepared and issued formula cards, material balances, finished product and raw material specifications, and quality control procedures, all in electronic formats.
Also he is well trained and qualified with the ISO 9002 certification process for lube oil blending and packaging plants, and with preparation of feasibility studies and has been qualified as an internal quality auditor by BvQi, UK.
Expert has formulated and developed chemical additive packages from raw materials and components and has produced it for lube oil production in UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with great success and excellent production cost.
