Expert prepared a detailed technical report on "Environmentally safe technologies for recycling of waste/used oils"- March 2003, on behalf of Ministry of environment & forests, Government of India, New Delhi. The state of art report was highly appreciated. Expert as a memeber of the Technovacuum Task Force prepared a detailed report, after a visit to Moscow on"Technical evaluation of Russian Technology (vacuum technology) operating in Moscow refinery," for possible commercialization in the outside world. Expert prepared a technical document on "Processing of crude-Atm & Vacuum distillation units" for training of technical manpower at Refineries of Sohar Petroleum Sohar Oman. Programmes conducted during October 2010 & February 2011. He also conducted programmes on Good Laboratory Practices as applicable to refineries durig March 2009 & April 2010 at the same location.
