Requested to provide expert witness testimony on an accident investigation reported that was conduct myself on April 10th 2017.
Retained and paid by defendant to verify validity of my investigation

Provided testimony regarding the structural strength of a toy that I tested in my laboratory and retained by the defendant representing the toy maker. The plaintiff reasoned that the toy in question may have caused the finger amputation of respective minor when trying to retrieve the toy from the bottom of escalator.
