Expert has over 40 year's experience in the construction industry, acting as Project Manager, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor.

In his early years he was in the employ of well known construction firms, working on major building and civil engineering works that included; high rise offices straddling an underground railway; A406/A5 flyovers at Brent
Cross; Local Authority housing scheme (600 flats); industrial development North London
(500,000 ft²); British Gypsum Rockwool Factory – Runcorn; Pharmaceutical Plant – Burma; and Pharmaceutical buildings for - Pfizer – the Welcome Foundation and Smiths Industries.



Expert has been in the Quantity Surveying industry for over 40 years and has gained valuable skill and experience in preparing and analysing budgets on develoment projects. Expert uses his expertise and skill when
preparing early budgets to look beyond the initial design and consider those items that designers may not yet have detailed or considered, but inevitably will be required. Expert has live cost data available from successfully
completed schemes to assist in the preparation of budgets. Once a budget is agreed Expert, together with the client and designers can manage and monitor the financial aspects of the design development and
procurement.
