Alex Expert has been a professional translator and editor specializing in Russian and Ukrainian languages for over 25 years. He also is a Patent Agent registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since 1991. He has been educated in the United States, Russia and Ukraine, and is one of only four translators in the US certified in both English-into-Russian and Russian-into-English translation. He is the only one among such certified translators holding both engineering and law degrees. He is a translation reviewer for the Russian Edition of National Geographic.
