Responsibilities:Among other achivements, Expert designed algorithms for IC implementation. The resulting beamforming IC constituted the heart of GE's successful entry into the premium ultrasound market. During this time, Expert also developed now-patented statistical methods for the robust simultaneous design of transducer and imaging systems to Six Sigma quality standards. He undertook significant transducer design, acoustic field simulation and measurement throughout this role.
