1) Expert's experience includes all forms of reinsurance including: automatic, facultative, yearly renewable term, coinsurance, modified coinsurance, etc.
2) He was the primary negotiator of reinsurance for two major life insurance companies for a total of 20 years.
3) He ensured that the reinsurance treaty language was appropriate for each arrangement. He had primary responsibility for the reinsurance treaty function for 10 years.
4) Expert had primary responsibility for reinsurance claims settlement for 10 years.
5) Expert served on the American Council of Life Insurance Reinsurance Sub-Committee in Washington, D.C. for six years; he was also on the Steering Committee for one year.
6) He created a Reinsurance Line of Business for a major insurance company. He marketed, priced, and wrote reinsurance treaties that resulted in very high rates of return.

In this regard, he had managerial responsibility for actuarial pricing areas of individual life products for 20 years, including: Whole Life, Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, and Annuities.
9) He was a regular participant in Senior Management Discussions in Reinsurance Strategy Issues. Therefore, he is quite valuable as a Reinsurance Intermediary.
10) He is quite valuable as a Reinsurance Expert Witness or Reinsurance Arbitrator. Most reinsurance Treaties provide that Arbitrators have attained a rank of Vice President or above in a life insurance company, and Expert fulfills this requirement. Also, he is quite articulate with regard to Industry Issues.
11) The California Insurance Code regards actuaries as technical "experts."
