Starting at the Front End of Innovation, Expert helps organizations discover the most valuable, strategic opportunities and then joins the team to develop the road map and ensure a Gate-based and robust implementation. To support the process, Expert has designed a novel Innovation program “Rapid Innovation” which offers organizations, best-in-class Front End of Innovation management frameworks and training solutions, supported through advanced information technology.
